We believe in empowering people to experience the outdoors to the fullest.And we believe in you.*This position is a hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite requirements in our Portland, OR office.POSITION SUMMARYAs the Functional Business Owner focused on our global omniplanning end-to-end business process and capabilities, you are the functional area leader for Fulfillment. This position will be focused on leading and driving seasonal process and continuous improvement efforts associated with Fulfillment planning across the different brands, regions, and channels. You are the business process owner and the global go-to person regarding the fulfillment process, capabilities, and relevant key performance indicators. In addition to process and capabilities, you have a working knowledge of associated analytics to inform and enable the related business processes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOwns the global omniplanning business process associated with Fulfillment planning encompassing planning application and analytical capabilities.Act as functional SME as well as engage business SMEs to define requirements, support solutions, and deliver against defined Supply Chain and Enterprise priorities.Strong leadership and ability to drive towards omniplanning capabilities and desired outcomes.Anticipate and communicate issues and key decisions to program sponsors and stakeholders. Define business use cases, user stories, and/or business requirements while ensuring clarity within the backlog.Champion business priorities and requirements through program deliverables as necessary.You will work as the functional global lead for fulfillment planning to determine omni-channel needs priorities in support of Omniplanning Leadership.Anticipate and communicate issues and key decisions to Omniplanning Leadership and/or program leadership.Matrix leader of a super user community driving and facilitating process, capability, and analytics updates and enhancements associated with fulfillment planning.Support and coordinate with other users validating enhancements for business processes, planning tools, and associated analytical capabilities.Drives and facilitates continuing education of current business processes and associated enhancements to planning applications and/or related reporting that informs the process.Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, Merchandise Planning, or similar fields.Requires 5-8 years of professional experience and mastery of relevant function/process experience business skills.5+ years of experience with decision support tools and processes in a business process/analyst capacity.Ability to relate planning application and associated data to business process needs.Business Process Analyst experience defining business processes and leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.Business acumen across product creation, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and retail desired.Work experience reflects a progression of increasing responsibility.Omni-channel experience and Retail industry knowledge are desired.LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITYNo direct supervisory responsibilities but acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Leads projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. As part of a matrix operating model, co-leads a global community of super users and/or functional leads to drive continuous improvement projects and regular maintenance of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training documentation.JOB SCOPEGlobal, multi-brand, multiple channel.Solves complex problems and develops independent creative solutions based on the evaluation of multiple options.
