About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Director to join our team in the Business Services industry. As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of quality and service is provided to our clients. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

5+ years of experience in food and beverage management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Experience in a similar role in the Business Services industry.

Experience with budgeting and financial management.

Certification in food safety and sanitation.

Experience with event planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and service is provided to our clients.

Oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding promptly and effectively to customer feedback and complaints.

Skills:

As the Food and Beverage Director, you will utilize your strong leadership and team management skills to oversee all food and beverage operations. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the executive team and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment will be essential in maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally, your experience in food and beverage management and event planning will be utilized in menu planning, inventory management, and the planning and execution of events.
