We bring together exceptional talent and harness diverse backgrounds and perspectives to make life more vibrant for everyone, every day.Position Summary:To ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in the Manufacture and Packaging of products.Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:Performing and documenting a wide variety of inspections, checks, and sampling procedures during the production process.Performing and documenting environmental monitoring sampling procedures during and prior to the production process.Inspecting and approving equipment, materials, and products at different stages of production.Recording observations for improving processes or non-compliances based on current standard operating procedures and practices.Receiving, identifying, and collecting samples of incoming raw materials, components, and finished products and reviewing shipments against Bill of Lading, packing slips, inspection paperwork, as well as certificate of analysis or compliance.Inspecting and verifying outgoing shipments for accuracy.Releasing and issuing labels for production.Performing line clearance and inspecting processing area for removal of all previous product, components, and foreign materials.Monitoring the equipment to ensure proper operation and calibration.Monitoring all aspects of the manufacturing/packaging operations and reporting non-conformances to the Supervisor or Manager.Performing line checks and AQLs as required by batch record and on the job training.Reviewing documentation to assure accuracy and completeness.Maintaining all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.Keeping management apprised of any condition that may impact production.Providing customer service support as needed to customers and other company team members.Following established department SOPs, Company cGMPs, and all instructions, whether verbal or written.Complying with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.Maintaining a safe work environment and functioning in a safe manner.Performing other duties, job-related or otherwise, as assigned.You’ll need the following (minimum qualifications):High School education (HS Diploma or GED preferred).Experience in food/pharmaceutical/nutraceutical processing operations, FDA regulated industry, or combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job (preferred).Able to read, write, and speak in English.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, rounding).Strong computer skills, including keyboarding and working knowledge of MS Office.Organized and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to maintain a positive, professional, cooperative demeanor.Ability to foster productive working relationships with management, coworkers, vendors, and customers.Ability to interpret, comply with, and support Company policies, procedures, work rules, and protocols.Knowledge of product specifications, including how products should run during the manufacturing process.Ability to adapt effectively to workplace changes and new job duties/responsibilities.Ability to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range for this position is $21 to $25. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
