Job Title: Project Manager/Change ManagerLocation:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Change Manager to lead and manage multiple work streams within our healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, process mapping, and change management, particularly within a healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:
Navigate ambiguity and complexity in finance and administrative processes.Handle ambiguous projects and stand up new, complex efforts.Oversee and manage 3-4 work streams (per position, 7 total), ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.Process Mapping:
Ensure consistency in understanding and following through on financial responsibilities.Lead discussions and create visual or outline process maps.Change Management:
Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.Implement and manage change initiatives across various departments.Healthcare Exposure:
Understand the nature of funds flow between university hospitals and medical schools.Work within the healthcare system, including hospitals, clinics, and research administration.Financial Responsibilities:
Oversee billing and funds flow between departments.Manage financial responsibilities of medical directors and patient clinics.Research Administration:
Ensure proper approval and oversight of fund expenditures.Engage with investigators who have multiple grant awards.Qualifications:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle complex and ambiguous projects.Strong understanding of financial processes within a healthcare system.Proven track record of managing grants and preparing grant proposals.Experience with research or hospital administration.Background in quality improvement or process mapping.At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare setting.Prioritize candidates with relevant experience over certifications, but the following are a good fit - PMP, ADKAR, IBA, Six Sigma.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
