Performance Improvement Director
to join our team.The
Performance Improvement Director
is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure that the provision of quality care is monitored and continuously improved. Master’s degree or graduate of an accredited nursing program. MSN preferred.Three (3) years clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population, with prior management and training experience to assure an understanding of systems management, time management, and staff development.Advanced knowledge in psychiatric treatment theory and practice.
