Tech. or MCA/MS (Comp Sc.) from a reputed instituteCore Responsibilities:Candidates must possess minimum German Proficiency level B2.2/B.A. C1, C2/M.A.Should be able to communicate with clients in German over emails/calls.Should comfortably do technical translations mostly related to software development from German to English.Exposure to SLA-based projects including follow-up of tickets, email & ticket handling, and informing stakeholders.Candidate is responsible for closely monitoring the daily/weekly run schedules. Exposure to UC4 is preferred.Spoken and written communication skills should be very good.
