Working as part of a team of consultants, the primary role will be the solution design, configuration, and support of Oracle e-Business Suite applications across a wide range of EBS SCM modules and client-specific customizations.Gather and document business requirements, identify gaps and design the solution with gap fitment.Define and document the requirements for RICE components and ensure proper testing post-development.Individually design, enhance/upgrade, test, document solution (functional, configuration, test scripts, and user guides) as per project methodology.Ensure on-time project delivery of own areas and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction and getting the required sign-offs from the customer.Ensure full Knowledge Transfer, user trainings to clients/Support team.Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.Assist with risk management and change management on projects.Skills Required
Qualified B.E/B Tech/APICS/MBA Certified with excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player, ready to travel/relocate & available at short notice with total Oracle ERP experience of 8+ years.Hands-on experience of Oracle R11i/12 ideal with deep functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS SCM modules (OM, Shipping, WMS, Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing modules).Must have handled complex SCM end-to-end implementations on single global instance having multiple LE’s and OU’s across multiple geographies.WMS experience and knowledge is a must. Inventory Serialization.Should have worked on complex implementation/upgrade projects with heavily customized and integrated environments and instances.Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience & can multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects may be required.Industry experience in Supply Chain or Telecon Industry & Oracle certifications is an added advantage.
