B.Tech/B.ESkills required:5-7 years of total IT experience having at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Workday Testing using Kainos platformExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.Key Responsibilities:Take charge of end-to-end testing to ensure the seamless operation of our systemsWork with modules including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and BenefitsHandle any back-end testing to guarantee the integrity and security of our dataCollaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of your dutiesUtilize your expertise in Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting to streamline our hiring and HR processesExecuting, reporting, and maintaining customer test packsUpdating test scripts and resultsCreating customer issues for failed testsPreferably Kainos' Workday testing certified Workday consultants with comprehensive system knowledge.
