Provides software systems support for users of JD Edwards software. Provides training for new users, and tunes and adapts software to fit new business requirements. This person would take part in JD Edwards implementation teams.Responsibilities:Learns, understands and becomes expert in software package modulesTunes and adapts software package to fit business requirementsAssists business management with procedural changes required to achieve benefitsTrains users on softwareSupport software usage through quality control, data analysisProvides software support and troubleshooting for usersWorks with users and technical team to develop program changes and new programs to satisfy business requirementsProvides quality assurance for technical development projectsDevelops project plans specifying task, staffing, scheduling and deliverables, and performs work and management of plan to meet requirementsDevelops and maintains software procedures documentationShop Floor Management, PDM, Planning modules MRP, DRP, Forecast, Manufacturing AccountingBetter to have the knowledge of JDE Worldsoft version with SQLQualifications:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
