We are looking for a Service Sales Consultant to work within and around the Kent/South East area of England.You’ll be given the opportunity to work alongside an experienced sales manager and Service Delivery Manager. Working in partnership with the service delivery manager to support with efficient service delivery into some key national accounts. Your main goal is to achieve sales growth through development of a robust new business customer prospect pipeline focusing predominantly on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair works both on and off portfolio.To be successful in this role you will:
Develop your own sales strategyAchieve sales targetsManage sales activity/forecastsMaintain good working relationships with existing customers and key accounts, looking to grow and develop them in an organic way.Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tendersTo be considered for the role you will:
Be experienced with contract sales, ideally within the lift industry, however happy to consider the Facility management, construction, Service or Materials handling industry.Have good communication skills both verbally and writtenAble to work both proactively and reactively, to identify potential problems within the service delivery of current account and to react to sudden problems in a cool, effective manner.Have a good eye for detail, able to draft technical tenders to a high calibre.More about us:Otis is the world’s largest elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service business.
