Drive sales to meet and exceed sales targets set by Store ManagerConduct daily follow-up on outstanding quotesDevelop repeat sales, new relationships and future businessEnsure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer-friendly and professional environmentFollow-up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction and serviceHelp to maintain a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing environmentAdminister sales process to ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales:Process quotes and sales paperworkContact vendors and shippers to track orders for customers and ensure quality serviceContinue to develop sales skills and product knowledge through internal resources, vendor programs in person or onlineAssist with normal store maintenance tasks (inventory, display maintenance, literature library, etc.)Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by leadershipQualifications
Candidate will possess sales/service experience preferredUndergraduate/trade school/design education preferred or in progress OR the ability to demonstrate hands-on learning through experienceProficiency in 20-20, Pro Kitchen or Chief Architect is a plusMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including retail hours, and occasional evening hours for eventsHighly personable, skilled at interacting with clients and prospects at a variety of knowledge and comfort levelsAbility to handle fast-paced and changing environmentComputer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC's business systemAbility to effectively communicateSatisfactory score on the Wonderlic Personnel Test and/or Caliper AssessmentBenefits
