Customer Interaction:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their service needs and concerns.Service Management:
Manage service appointments and effectively communicate repair recommendations and costs to customers.Problem Solving:
Accurately diagnose vehicle issues based on customer descriptions and service history, coordinating with technicians for repairs.Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all service work is performed to the highest standards, and that customers are satisfied with the completed work.Sales & Recommendations:
Upsell additional services and products that align with customers' needs and maintain service department profitability.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, repairs, and customer interactions.Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers to ensure their service experience was satisfactory and address any additional needs or concerns.Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership is preferred.Skills:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, and industry best practices.Organization:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other automotive software tools.Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members to deliver outstanding service.What We Offer:
