The Remediation Manager will oversee and manage environmental cleanup projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and completion within specified timelines.Duties:Develop and implement remediation plans for contaminated sitesCoordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvalsManage project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective and timely completionSupervise onsite remediation activities and ensure adherence to safety protocolsReview and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawingsUtilize construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam for project trackingCollaborate with construction teams, engineers, and subcontractors to execute remediation projects effectivelySkills:Proficient in project management techniquesFamiliarity with Civil 3D software for site modelingStrong understanding of construction estimating principlesAbility to read and interpret blueprints accuratelyExcellent time management skills to meet project deadlinesExperience working on construction sites and managing remediation activitiesExperience:Construction: 5 years (Required)Job Type:
