Hall’s Culligan in Ventura County is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to build, develop and train a team of Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representatives. This elite sales team will focus on growing the sales platform, our most premium product and the fastest growing portion of our business. The leader of this team must possess the courage, experience, patience and integrity to engage with the organizations from 50 employees to 1000+.

Working in close collaboration with the National Sales Coach, General Manager and other dealership team members, the Sales Manager is accountable for achieving budgeted revenue targets and other key performance metrics. The Sales Manager is further responsible for coaching, retaining, and growing a staff of full time high-performance salespeople sufficient to cover the commercial markets we serve in Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Ensure profitability by achieving revenue budgets and other key sales performance metricsDevelop, implement, and monitor growth initiatives within the sales departmentRetain, recruit, hire, train, mentor, and support an effective, fully staffed sales departmentCoach team in the field to ensure continuous improvement of sales skills and territory managementMonitor, support and coach team members on their field activity such as demonstrations and lead generation actionsDaily inspection of all sales contracts, financing, and other related paperwork to ensure full compliance to all processesWeekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Performance Reviews; initiate progressive disciplinary actions when necessaryWork collaboratively with Advertising Agency and Coop members to implement and monitor an efficient, effective, and comprehensive marketing planManage incentive, rewards and recognition programs for sales professionalsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of business and publicMaintain budget and P&L responsibilities

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years effective sales management experience and education/experience equivalent *Above average stats with a proven track record in business to business or residential sales with a history of meeting and/or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales goalsExperience with client site sales demonstration and negotiation, selling to consumer needs and providing solutionsTechnology savvy and Microsoft Office proficient10% travel outside territory /frequent travel withinAbility to lift up to a minimum of 50lbsPlease note: Special consideration will be given to those with direct related experience in providing water conditioning/water treatment solutions to in-home or commercial customers.
