Review and input information regarding move-ins, move-outs, gross rent changes and annual certifications, to offer occupancy related assistance to property managers, to assist in the monthly processing of TRACS, Section 8 voucher reports, review assigned projects for vacancy and debt service claims, and to assist the Compliance Manager with special assignments related to Occupancy issues.Qualifications:
Prior experience with HUD Section 8Knowledge of HUD Occupancy Rules and RegulationsCOS or equivalent experienceProficient in Windows XP/MS ExcelTax Credit experience a plusExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills (must be a people person)Strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure of deadlinesQualified candidates may send resumes to the Regional Manager at the address above or the Vice President of Human Resources, Karen Smith at employment@arbormanagement.com.
