Manage the daily operations of the retail warehouse for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG). Provide fulfillment of 2.5 million units annually for e-commerce and 11 brick-and-mortar retail locations, including local and national deliveries. Lead and supervise all warehouse personnel; manage and oversee the human resource functions, including hiring, scheduling, and training. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances by implementing and adhering to sound inventory control systems, practices, and audits. Work closely with corporate leadership on the development, implementation, and execution of business strategies and operational budgets. Reports to Manager of Retail Operations for OEG.Responsibilities:

Lead daily warehouse functions while ensuring successful and timely product flow. Ensure goals are met through appropriate planning and organization of staff, inventory and expenses.Manage inventory fulfillment for 11+ retail locations, ensuring merchandise is received as scheduled to maximize sales. Ensure deliveries to wholesalers and distribution partners are timely and accurate.Maintain organization of the warehouse to promote efficiency. Ensure merchandise is clearly labeled and in appropriate rows/racks/bins. Implement and maintain A-B-C goods analysis to classify and organize inventory for efficient retrieval. Identify and recommend tools, fixtures, equipment and layout changes to improve workflow.Collaborate with corporate leadership and retail operations managers to develop productivity goals for receiving, ticketing, and order processing. Audit warehouse processes monthly to ensure processes are followed to maximize productivity.Partner with corporate buying and planning teams to ensure the location has the right product to drive sales.Oversee the e-commerce team in order processing and fulfillment by following established SOPs.Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances by implementing and adhering to sound inventory control systems, practices and audits. Lead and manage periodic physical inventory processes.Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, payroll and related functions for hourly departmental staff. Provide leadership and direction to staff. Develop direct reports by communicating performance expectations and delivering timely feedback through verbal communication, regular meetings and goal-setting programming through designated performance management system.Communicate effectively and promptly with all teams, including off-site retail stores and corporate departments.Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean, neat and organized state at all times. Adhere to company safety and housekeeping regulations and eliminate related environmental and behavioral risks.Maintain the performance of all equipment, including safety checks on equipment and vehicles.Communicate and uphold all corporate standards, guidelines, policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Maintain personal integrity by abiding by and supporting the values and principles of the company. Follow and support brand SOPs. Participate and respond to the annual company audits.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:

Education

High school diploma or equivalent requiredCollege degree preferredExperience

5+ years warehouse experience preferred3+ years supervisory or leadership experience requiredExperience with NetSuite, Oracle, RF-Smart or equivalent warehouse technology software requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills requiredAbility to coach, develop, discipline, and clearly communicate expectationsBasic mathematical skills requiredIntermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and fluent with retail POS system functionalityLicenses / Certifications

Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record requiredForklift certification required upon hirePowered Industrial Truck (OSHA) certification upon hireCPR certification within 90 days of hireOSHA training upon hireThis position requires a pre-employment drug screening (4-panel: phencyclidine, cocaine, amphetamines, and opiates).
