Office Coordinator IJob Summary:LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator I to join our client's team. The Office Coordinator I will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and clerical support, coordinating office activities, and maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling.Greet visitors and provide assistance, ensuring a positive and welcoming office atmosphere.Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems, ensuring they are well-organized.Support various departments with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.Help process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours:40 hours per week.Full-time.Onsite schedule.Monday- Friday.8:00am-5:00pm PST.Details:Located in Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA.Contract to hire role.Compensation: $20.00- $27.00 per hour DOE.If you have the qualifications above and are interested in this opportunity, then please apply now.
