Your responsibilitiesJob SummaryThis position oversees compliance to the policies, procedures, work instructions contained in the quality management system. Also, Responsible for exercising the disposition of material placed in the "Material Review Bay" as well as a resource to Plant personnel as trainer on quality system documents and record keeping duties to show compliance to system requirements.Job DescriptionPay $22.45 per hour!Key Accountabilities:Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-ups, oversight of quality records held in Plant, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes.Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material.QAR does not own responsibility for all Plant training; QAR will act as trainer on quality department documents.Responsible to ensure proper records are maintained for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.Travel to provide regional support as needed to assist with internal audits at other sites.Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
