Leadership , all of which are needed to continue our mission of empowering generations for financial success.By joining our team, you can expect opportunities to enhance personal accomplishments and professional growth.POSITION SUMMARY:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Manages the daily financial center operationsDevelops a sales culture at the financial center to meet all sales goals with staffEnsures that all associates are providing efficient quality customer service in the financial centerAssists the manager with the development of staff, motivational initiatives, counseling, and the completion of performance evaluationsAdvises and ensures staff are following procedures that affect the financial centerMonitors cash items, CD settlements, and CTR processingMakes decisions on the daily exception reportCoordinates and conducts appropriate staff meetingsEnsures the financial center meets high appearance standards at all timesIn conjunction with the manager, oversee adherence to the Bank’s security and BSA compliance policiesPerforms data analysis and prepares and presents reports and recommendations to managementWorks closely with other lines of business within the BankAssists with the development of department procedures, policies, and processesDelivers exceptional customer service consistently to all business lines; maintains positive and productive working relationships with all internal and external customersAdheres to all policies, procedures, processes, bank’s practices, guidelines, expectations, laws, and regulationsExceeds all established position’s goals, objectives, production, quality metrics, and expectationsDemonstrates consistent professional appearance, image, ethics, integrity, demeanor, and represents the CTB BrandLeads initiatives, adds value, supports the Bank’s vision, core values, business principles, goals, and objectivesPerforms other duties and tasks as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum two years of assistant branch manager experience in a retail banking environmentBachelor’s degree in management, accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related fieldHighly resourceful team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal, relationship building, leadership, organizational, in-depth sales technique and sales coaching skills are essentialExcellent quality customer service, sales, and telephone skills with a genuine interest in serving customers and the ability to collaborate and build good cross-functional business relationshipsStrong analytical, technical, problem resolution, project management, strategic and critical thinking, research and negotiation skillsTechnology-savvy and proficient in using advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Suite, with the ability to implement innovative solutions; strong knowledge and understanding of the FIS Horizon core Banking systemExpert level written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, persuasively, informatively, tactfully and effectively work across all levels of the organizationOutgoing and trustworthy with the ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential matters and informationDemonstrated ability to use accurate and great judgment, discretion, and reasoning, as well as, make sound business decisions, comprehend, and follow directions and instructionsDemonstrated ability to conduct and facilitate effective meetings, sales and customer service training classesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-performance and changing environment, and must be able to adapt to changeMust be able to demonstrate and maintain a positive composure and consistently demonstrate professional appearance, demeanor, image, and consistently represents the CTB BrandAbility to produce accurate and organized work with minimum supervisionMust be a self-starter who is self-motivated and directed with the ability to handle multiple tasks; goal-oriented with the ability to produce quality results, meet all established goals, objectives, deadlines, and expectations; ability to comply with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and lawsAmbitious with a strong work ethic and high integrity, positive behavior, ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a collaborative environment; detail-oriented with excellent time management and strategic planning skillsExceptional creativity with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesMust be mature, flexible and energetic with a competitive and winning spiritAssertive and demonstrates initiative with the ability to work through situations and find win-win solutionsCitizens Trust Bank is committed to investing in our employees, cultivating a rewarding professional team and results-oriented work environment that is based on respect, accountability, and high-quality performance.
