Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, as well as experience in analyzing business processes and requirements. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce projects.This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.Solution Design: Design and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation using Salesforce.Configuration: Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, design, configuration, and testing activities.Project Management: Assist in managing Salesforce projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred.Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX.Knowledge of Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.Familiarity with source control systems like Git.Understanding of agile development methodologies.Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or AI capabilities.Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.CGI’s benefits include:
