We're on the hunt for a Contracts Manager extraordinaire to join our team and take charge of our contract administration from start to finish.

What Will You Be Doing?

Contract Wizardry : From drafting and negotiating to execution and document retention, you'll handle contracts throughout their life cycle with finesse.Independent Judgment : Administer contracts for the Company and its subsidiaries with discretion and keen judgment.Prioritization Pro : Distinguish between low and high-priority business objectives and manage your tasks like a pro.Collaborative Spirit : Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and maximize operational efficiencies, implementing improvements to workflows.Innovative Thinker : Support the development of new systems and recommend long-term reporting, data storage, and control processes.Legal Liaison : Work with internal counsel to update and formalize contracting processes.Approval Guru : Manage the contract approval and routing process, ensuring all internal policies are followed.System Savvy : Update and maintain the contract management system and keep company and customer contract files in tip-top shape.Detail-Oriented Drafter : Prepare new contracts, amendments, and addendums based on established forms and guidelines, escalating issues to counsel as needed.Clause Craftsman : Add conditional clauses based on contract requests and draft non-standard clauses, escalating when necessary.Report Rockstar : Prepare contract reports and perform audits as needed.Tracker Extraordinaire : Keep a keen eye on contracts in process, ensuring they are tracked, updated, and followed up on.Team Liaison : Serve as the go-to person among internal teams, supporting general contract and project needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:

Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field.2+ years of experience in contracts administration, preferably in the industry.Familiarity with contract language and experience with contract reporting and systems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to learn and become proficient in new software applications.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances.
