We are seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to facilitate, coordinate, and manage project operations as the leader of the on-site management team. If you are driven to succeed, want to elevate yourself and those around you, and want to grow with a growing company, we want you!DUTIES:Evaluate construction plans for completeness and constructability.Review and understand contract documents.Coordinate with design consultants to resolve discrepancies in plans and specifications.Develop and maintain interval schedules.Collaborate/coordinate with field personnel to complete self-performed work.Collaborate/coordinate with subcontractor lead personnel.Implement project/company requirements for safety, quality control, risk, compliance, etc.Administer daily project tracking and reporting.Coach and mentor the on-site team.Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.REQUIREMENTS:Ability to travel as needed to project locations for the duration of the project.Excellent attention to detail.Advanced understanding of construction means, methods, and practices.Bachelor’s degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering, or 10 years of trade experience.Minimum 5 years of related experience with 3 of those years in a supervisory position.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
