We are seeking a Traveling Project Superintendent to join our team to facilitate, coordinate and manage project operations as the leader of the on-site management team. DUTIES:Evaluate construction plans for completeness and constructability.Review and understand contract documents.Coordinate with design consultants to resolve discrepancies in plans and specifications.Develop and maintain interval schedules.Maintain site logistics.Collaborate/coordinate with field personnel to complete self-performed work.Collaborate/coordinate with subcontractor lead personnel.Implement project/company requirements for safety, quality control, risk, compliance, etc.Administer daily project tracking and reporting.Coach and mentor balance of on-site team.Be an active participant in elevating yourself and the team around you.Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
REQUIREMENTS:Ability to travel as needed to project locations for duration of project.Excellent communication skillsExcellent attention to detail.Advanced understanding of construction means, methods and practices.Bachelor's degree or working toward a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or 10 years trade experience.Minimum 5 years of related experience with 3 of those years having been in supervisory position.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools.Valid DL and good driving record.
