This position is for 12 hours shifts, 5AM - 5PM, 60 hours a week.SummaryThe person hired for the position of Production Lead will provide supervisory support for manufacturing operations within the plant and is responsible for driving safety, quality, service, productivity, and employee engagement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Ensuring a safe working environment through modeling safe behaviors, leading audits/inspections, correcting unsafe behaviors, conducting safety meetings, and utilizing proper work methods, procedures and equipment.Providing direct supervision to production and temporary employees.Ability to work night shift (12 hour shifts).Handling shift administrative activities such as time/absence reporting, attendance control, vacation planning, overtime, etc.Evaluating employees' performance and providing feedback.Driving continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality.Monitoring daily work schedules, determining priorities, allocating work assignments, and regulating production processes in order to meet specific daily production requirements.Supporting manufacturing efforts and projects.Reports to Production Supervisor with responsibility for operations and employees in the same plant areas.Any other improvement projects as outlined by Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Production Supervisor.Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement, Safety and Quality initiatives.Performs housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.Understands and supports PolyMask Quality Policy.What We ValueResults oriented.Self-motivated, confident, organized, persistent, high energy.Collaborative relationships.Communication skills - written/oral.Analytical skills/problem solving.Critical thinking & Conflict resolution.What We Look ForHigh School diploma or higher from an accredited institution.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum of five (5) combined years of supervisory and/or leadership experience.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Ability to create, lead and work in a team atmosphere.Ability to drive and influence positive change.Ability to quantify results, identify new opportunities, adapt to change and interface with all levels of management.Basic computer skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).Equal Opportunity StatementWe offer equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Visit us at
