We drive transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a keen focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences.We're hiring an experienced people manager with a proven track record in driving strategy and business impact to join our TA Enablement leadership team. The ideal person for this role is someone who is passionate about process and operational excellence, recruiting, and data. This position reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Enablement. For this remote role, we’re looking for someone in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure sufficient collaboration time with current team members in the United States, Australia, Europe, Philippines, and India.What you'll doLead a team of Program Managers and Candidate Experience (Scheduling) team members driving core TA programs to ensure recruiting successLead programs with experts across the business in HR, finance, operations, technology and people data to implement integrated strategiesPartner with regional and international counterparts to ensure alignment to global processesImprove the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement operationsAnalyze and report on program and candidate experience outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches and benchmarking to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementEnable your team to drive enablement programs, specifically around process excellenceBuild relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to deliver on the TA Enablement team's roadmap and programs of workPartner with our DEI team on programs aimed at improving our inclusiveness through the recruiting process and attracting underrepresented talentProvide strategic direction, talent acquisition expertise, and guidance to the business on new trends, benchmarks, and policiesYour background7+ years as a Talent Acquisition leader, with direct responsibilities across TA Enablement or Operations, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees7+ years in recruiting operations, candidate experience (scheduling) or headcount planning expertise with experience driving organizational changePeople leadership experience with a focus on craft expertise and team developmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, and present complex information clearly to various stakeholdersInnovative and creative thinking, with strong influencing and execution skillsExperience creating or re-designing TA strategy and hands-on executional skillsExperience in project management or program management, with a proven track record of using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) to manage complex projectsExperience in the global technology Industry is preferredCompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $174,200 - $232,200Zone B: $156,700 - $209,000Zone C: $144,500 - $192,700This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Atlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
