Senior Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing, HCP, ENHERTU

Join us at AstraZeneca as a Senior Marketing Manager of Digital Marketing, HCP, where you will be responsible for the execution of HCP digital marketing efforts in the US on Enhertu. This position is based in Gaithersburg, MD and will report to the Director of Brand Marketing, Enhertu. If so, this role is for you!Accountabilities:Lead the implementation of innovative HCP digital marketing strategies and programs in the US market.Manage creative projects and workflow with HCP agency and media agency of record.Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives.Effectively manage the marketing budget for areas of responsibility.Leverage best practices from within the global commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry and outside industry best practices.Essential Skills/Experience:- Bachelor’s Degree required.- 5+ years of total commercial healthcare experience, at least 2 years in US HCP digital marketing required.- Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners, and budgets.- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines.- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.- Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/or exceeding objectives.- Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact.Desirable:- Oncology product marketing experience preferred.- Product launch experience preferred.Ready to take the next step in your career?
