Job Title - Assistant Manager - Brand AnalyticsCareer Level - D2Introduction to Role:Are you ready to provide analytical expertise to a commercial organization, driving strategic and operational excellence? As an Assistant Manager in Brand Analytics, you will be a proactive internal consultant, designing commercial solutions that enable data-driven decisions. This role is perfect for someone with a high level of proficiency in syndicated and custom market research data, and a passion for predictive and prescriptive analytics.Accountabilities:You will be responsible for governing and coordinating the procurement of various datasets, designing and implementing analytical solutions in support of business opportunities, customer segmentation & targeting, HCP & patient opportunity identification, sample allocation across diverse sales and marketing channels, patient analytics, test & learn analysis/experiments and patient flow modelling among other business critical analyses. You will work closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Forecasting, and other Commercial Operations business partners.Essential Skills/Experience:

Quantitative bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university7+ years’ work experience with Reporting/Analytics teams, Digital Marketing Measurement, Business Services, or Advanced Analytics services preferably in Life Sciences IndustryCertified professional in Analytics, Forecasting and AI/ML domain - preferably in pharma/health care domainExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with IQVIA and other pharma data setsProficiency with Python, R, SQL, PySpark and big data technologiesStrong collaboration skillsProactive approach to problem solvingExperience working in globally distributed teamGood experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysisBasic to intermediate level knowledge in data visualization tools like MicroStrategy/Power BI/Qlik or any othersStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to derive, summarize and communicate insights from analysesWork Environment:When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
