Adopt a lifelong learner mentality that enables your career to soar by participating in process improvement initiatives, and finding new ways to make the business better.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment.At least 2 years of experience working with Time and Attendance products (i.e. ADP eTime/ Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Dimensions/ Workforce Manager, or Inova Time & Attendance platforms) required.Leverage strong client relationship skills including the ability to influence and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs.Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate.Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations.Excellent analytical skills and time management skills.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:Be yourself
