Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville is actively seeking Service Advisors to join our team, providing expert advice to customers on service options and associated costs when their vehicles require repair. Prior experience as an Auto Service Advisor with Luxury Brand and/or CDK experience is preferred. Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work. Greet customers and inspect their vehicle. Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.Industry-leading Pay Plan!
