The QA Manager has responsibility for setting the direction for our quality approach across the delivery teams. Specifically, these responsibilities include:•Provides the technical leadership in the definition, development and maintenance of the testing environments•Provide Innovative test strategies and solutions to support successful product delivery•Mentor and guide members of the QA teams•Provides technical product and process guidance to other QA team members•Partners with Product Management and Delivery teams throughout the software lifecycle•Demonstrates agility, ability to foster and engage in healthy conflict, mentorship, ability to remove obstacles, and creates clarity from ambiguity•Stays abreast of quality practices and techniques evangelizes such with the greater teamQualifications
