Product Manager

to coordinate our Consumer and Small Business money movement offering while being responsible for planning, development, and management of the roadmap in support of our industry-changing fintech platform. You will be working at a company whose mission is to build stronger, diverse communities by strengthening their financial intuitions and with FinTech’s and startups who want to bring change and innovation to the financial world.In this position you will be responsible for understanding the US payments ecosystem, the role that Q2’s digital banking offering plays, and bringing to market the best of class money movement offerings to Q2’s customers and their consumer and small business digital banking users.If you are the right fit for this position, you have worked with or in the payments industry, approach business opportunities with an unwavering sense of optimism and are passionate about great products. You understand the cross-section of money movement, fraud, and reliability and strive to reduce and mitigate any financial impacts to our FIs. You are well versed in industry solutions related to payments and money movement. You are passionate about both user experience and time to market while balancing effort. You develop sound business cases informed by market and customer research and drive for increasing platform value with the right partners. You will be responsible for working with the external product teams as well as the platform product teams to validate business cases and influence roadmaps to deliver impactful integrations. You possess experience in Product Management related to enterprise software development best practices.A Typical DayDrive roadmap and product strategy for money movement initiativesClose partnership with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and architecture to optimally influence product designClose partnership with support, observability, and other product leads to analyze and understand the root cause of money movement issuesMonitor and impact key metrics and efficiencies for productsProvide guidance and mentorship to the product team on the product lifecycleAssist, train, and grow employees and evangelize best practicesProactively identify opportunities for new trends/features/productsPerform research and provide industry expertise to be utilized in product business casesEstablish and track business cases and financialsAssess the risk of value, feasibility, and usability as key factors to product successCommunicate value and vision effectively-being confident with presentation skills and establish credibility with an audienceEngage with clients and prospects through Relationship and Sales teams as needed to present and discuss roadmap and strategyBuild effective relationships with others in Product, Sales, and MarketingChampion end-user experience by actively seeking to integrate human interaction, best practices, and best in class front end design into each feature you buildWork with Product Owners to ensure all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered toWork with Product Owners to deliver product acceptance criteria for the development organization you work with to ensure the highest quality and customer experienceWork with the Release Management team to develop and deliver release documentation and training materials for internal groups on key functional aspects of products under your ownershipExperience with Pendo or other user analytics applications a plusBring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
