Senior Project Manager

for our Platform group in Implementations. Reporting to an Implementations Delivery Manager and working closely with Implementation Engineers, the Project Manager is responsible for implementing Q2’s ebanking solutions in order to align with the business requirements of our customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with clients to understand business requirements and expectationsDesign and execute project plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutionsDirect project resources to complete tasks in a timely mannerWork closely with the client and team to problem solve issues that ariseTrack status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation processTrain and educate clients on the product and configuration optionsEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Typically requires 5+ years of previous work experience in a similar roleBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experienceProject Management Methodology exposure preferred (PMP or PMI)Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologiesExperience building documentation and project plans using Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPointExperience managing client expectations with a Client first attitude and commitment to satisfactionAbility to organize and execute multi-facet software deploymentsCapable of assessing project risks and mitigationsAbility to convey technical concepts to business oriented banking project teams and interact with technical internal resourcesPossess project leadership qualitiesStrong written and oral communication skills with excellent people and teamwork skillsAbility to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditionsAttention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast paced environmentAbility to travel 15% to client sitesFinancial Services and enterprise software experience preferredThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.Benefits:Flexible Time OffHealth & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parentsCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy ProgramsEmployee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”Click here to find out more about the benefits we offer.At Q2, our goal is to be a diverse and inclusive workforce that fosters mutual respect for our employees and the communities we serve.
