What you will be doing:Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations teamLead by exampleEnsure brand standards are maintained at all timesLiaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appealGoing above and beyond to create a positive working environment and team cultureYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beveragePrevious experience in a similar leadership role is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAdditional Information
