About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing our lending product offerings within the realm of embedded finance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our lending products, which are often provided by third-party companies. The primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless integration and utilization of these lending products by our software partners, who, in turn, embed them into their SMB-focused operating systems.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the lending product portfolio within the context of embedded finance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with overall business objectives.Third-party Partnership Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party lending product providers, align internal and external roadmaps, and set and drive joint KPIs.Product Lifecycle Management:Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into embedded finance platforms.Work closely with development teams, internal and external, to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs within the embedded finance context.Market Analysis and Competitor Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the embedded finance landscape.Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement within the embedded finance framework.Software Partner Collaboration:Collaborate with software partners to understand their needs and tailor lending products to meet their specific requirements within the embedded finance model.Provide guidance and support to software partners in effectively presenting and promoting lending products embedded in their software solutions for SMBs.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for lending products within the embedded finance ecosystem and regularly assess product performance.Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient embedded finance experience.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Product Manager with 7+ years of experience.Strong background in managing third-party product partnerships.Previous experience with business lending products targeting SMBs with a preference for those in an embedded context.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.What’s in it for you:Our company culture fosters entrepreneurship and nurtures our team members to grow with the business.A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.Competitive salary and comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental, and vision).Flexible PTO (vacation & company-paid holidays).Worldpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Pay Range:

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $127,440.00 - $214,100.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
