Workday Testing Lead,
your primary responsibilities may include:Lead or support the Testing workstream on a Workday implementation project.Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.Researching and resolving day-to-day Workday Testing issuesWork with the client to support the new requirements for Testing in WorkdayCreating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changesProvide support for regular and special Testing processes in WorkdayProvide support for Testing activities like posting, bank transfer, and paychecks in WorkdayProvide support for legal and regulatory reports in WorkdayProvide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in WorkdayManage small on and off-shore functional teamsIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirementsArchitect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standards and leading practices.Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesSupport innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assetsWhy should I join the Accenture Workday team?Innovate every day. If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus points if you have:5 years of T related implementationsIndustry experience within Commercial, Public Sector, or Higher EducationDemonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes
