The Manager will ensure that any problems are dealt with efficiently and that the process is tailored to meet expectations.As a Manager, Family Support you will:Handle correspondence with principals and ensure understanding of needs and expectations, as well as communicate continuous progress updates and successful completion of requests.Manage all personal appointments, travel arrangements, memberships, mail/shipments, administration of banking/credit cards, and personal documentation.Manage an array of personal projects from home purchases and relocation to specific travel requests and itineraries.Anticipate upcoming events, plan, and coordinate all tasks necessary to accomplish tasks timely and successfully, ensuring the process appears seamless to the family.Research, provide recommendations, and drive completion of family requests and asset acquisitions.Coordinate with accounting for timely payment of bills, correct coding of expenses, and processing of reimbursements.Manage movement, set-up, and winding down of households, including but not limited to transfer and tracking of household goods, setting up/disconnecting house utilities, scheduling, coordinating logistics and transportation, delegating work, and prioritizing tasks.Coordinate within the internal team to manage internal tasks and ensure seamless execution of projects within the organization.Anticipate and oversee administration and maintenance needs of personal vehicles and residences, including handling and keeping current on registrations, certificates, permits, as well as scheduling, coordinating logistics, and dispatching/delegating work.Monitor the quality of work from external vendors/contractors according to standards set by the principals.Manage project costs and explore new methods for cost savings and efficiencies while still delivering high standards of service.Other duties as assigned.What We Need From YouBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university plus 5-8 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.Must have strong management skills as the role is centered on the efficient coordination of tasks and people.Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Must have the ability to manage and execute multiple projects at a given time.Must be able to research and gather information from a variety of sources.Needs to develop well-rounded and thorough recommendations and action plans.Should be able to anticipate needs and respond proactively.Needs to be able to work independently and exercise independent judgment.Is able to promote, coordinate, and support change.Is available to travel with trips ranging from short one-hour tasks to multiple-day events.Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.
