Program Manager

to be based in

Sacramento, CA .Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Responsible for the overall financial health of the projects and programMeets with staff and organizes all work and staffingHires staff as requiredControls the projects, cost, schedule and performanceResponsible for quality and all deliverables to the clientResponsible to client relations and serves as the primary point of contactDevelops proposals and manages all aspects of the contracts and amendmentsDirects all work associated with the projects or programsDevelops presentations and conducts or facilitates presentationsQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationMust be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background screeningPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of related experienceBachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management fieldCorrectional/Detention/Jail project experienceOffice Facility project experienceCourthouse/Justice experienceExpert in design-build procurement, contract management and project executionAdditional industry certifications such as CCM, or PMPKnowledge in California Public Works and public contract codeAbility to communicate at a high level with senior leaders within AECOM and/or the client's organizationAdditional Information:Sponsorship is not available for this position.
