Mental Health Clinician Opportunity - Partial Hospital Program (Full Time)Fuller Hospital

is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.The Lead Clinician

is an important member of the Fuller Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a full time, Monday - Friday position.ResponsibilitiesActively identifies obstacles to achieving positive outcomes and works with providers, treatment team, and managers to resolve the obstaclesCollaborates with patients, families, and outside agencies regularly to coordinate patient care and thoughtful discharge planningProvides supervision and mentors other staff/clinicians as assignedActively engages in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide input to team members regarding psychosocial problems and overall treatment objectivesCollaborates with treatment team to provide effective clinical interventions and coordinates with Assistant Case Manager to plan for discharge and aftercare needsAssists with utilization review procedures for the patients through accurate and thorough documentation on patient progress, and works to ensure that payer requirements are met to help obtain authorization for covered daysAssists with administrative tasks to support the leadership team and is actively involved in departmental leadership initiatives to support program growthBenefit HighlightsStudent Loan Repayment - $200 per monthChallenging and rewarding work environmentCompetitive CompensationGenerous Paid Time Off - 26 Days per year + roll overExcellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan401(K) with generous company match and discounted stock planCareer development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ SubsidiariesTuition Reimbursement - $5,000 per yearIf you would like to learn more about this position before applying, please contact
