Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching and gathering information, and synthesizing customer requirements.You will also be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems.Requirements Analysis at an intermediate level is required.Business Process Analysis Tools at an intermediate level, Atlassian JIRA at an intermediate level, and other skills are recommended.Conduct in-depth requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize information.Assess the current state of the organization and its processes.Design and implement process improvements.Provide expertise and guidance on business process analysis tools.Basic Qualifications:
