Key Responsibilities:
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesDelegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete themMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyCommunicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goalsPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expectedAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changeBasic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of technical product or project management experienceDemonstrated experience successfully launching at least two products with cross-functional dependencies, either as an engineer or project managerHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:
Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality workAbility and desire to learn and grow professionallyGood communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsCompensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
