Coach, lead, and develop the next generation of sales leadersDrive sales team performance by directly leading Digital Inside Sales sellers and setting KPI targetsConduct group and individual sales meetings on a regular cadenceImplement effective sales and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued successProvide input to Sales and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to drive future salesGenerate weekly data analysis and reportingOwn team performance against sales targets; implement sales execution processBasic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years sales experienceMinimum of 3 years sales team lead/sales manager experienceMinimum 6 months of experience with Microsoft products (Azure, MW, BizApps, etc.)Minimum 6 months of experience with Microsoft technology or Microsoft salesBachelor’s degreePreferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish at a C1 levelFluency with data analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau) and experience using CRM systems and prospecting toolsThis is a hybrid role located in Atlanta, Georgia.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.Role Location and Annual Salary Range
