:Under the direction of the Group Vice President/Branch Executive and/or Associate Branch Executive, The Regional Office Manager will provide administration and operational management functions to two YMCA branch locations. This role will also provide administrative support to the Human Resource function as needed, including record keeping, file maintenance, recruiting and HRIS entry.In this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, working for an organization that is committed to serving and including all with a focus on the employee experience who strive to support the communities we serve across the Metro Atlanta area.Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.At least two years related experience required.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Workday experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Strong emphasis will be placed on the individual candidate’s ability to work and communicate in a positive, collaborative manner.Must have the ability to multi-task priorities and assignments with minimum supervision.Ability to build relationships and interact and communicate positively with all levels of management, employees, volunteers, vendors, etc.Experience and sensitivity in dealing with constituents of diverse backgrounds and abilities.Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of employment.Exemplify YMCA values, leadership qualities and a professional image.Y-USA Team Leader certification preferred.Responsibilities

:Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.Assists with new employee background checks in Workday and Sterling.Assists with recruitment and interview process; manages disposition of applicants; completes PT offer letters, tracks status of candidates in HRIS, assists with the onboarding of part-time staff, and conducts part-time new hire orientation sessions.Data entry in human resources information system - updates and maintains employee files, performs pay changes, transfers, promotions, status changes, terminations.Functions as in-branch initial point of contact for employee relations matters. Consults with HR to ensure all ER matters are appropriately documented and managed.Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs.Performs basic accounting and data management functions related to day-to-day facility operations. This includes but is not limited to: accounts payable and receivable, computer systems management, office centralized purchasing and inventory management, and budget monitoring.Interprets and disseminates the organization’s policies and procedures within the branches including: human resources policies, accounting, risk management and financial development.Attends cabinet meetings and provides updates at branch staff meetings.Attends required trainings related to human resources, risk management, financial development and accounting.Ensures branch remains compliant by managing and tracking required trainings and certifications (Child abuse, CPR, First aid, etc.).Maintains a high degree of confidentiality.Performs other related duties as assigned.EFFECT ON END RESULT:

This position has a primary impact on the overall effectiveness of the Branch and serves as a critical partner and liaison to Association services which helps in ensuring the success of programs and services to the community. The effectiveness of this position is primarily measured by sound partnerships, the stated satisfaction of staff and members, and a sound fiscal position of those departments.ERGONOMICS
