Systems Support Manager , you will direct work on the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team in support of divisional strategic goals and evolving technologies. Primary focus areas are integration of business data, functional processes, and systems applications.This position is a people leader role requiring prior experience managing a team of technical employees.40% - Responsible for development of and adherence to a formal project framework. Lead the team responsible for execution of all Individual Annuity (IA) improvement projects and the technology roadmap.20% - Lead, in collaboration with IA leaders and teams, the development and execution of the IA Portal vision and strategy, to continuously offer an excellent customer experience and enhanced competitive advantage.Lead the department’s understanding of and adherence to controls, including ICFR and IT/business operational controls. Responsible for compliance in regulatory and other training requirements.20% - Responsible for leading team of high-level professionals to achieve business objectives, ensuring all behaviors and company expectations are met.This is a remote position.Skills And Background You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Services, Mathematics or related field.3+ years of demonstrated people leadership background managing a team of technical employees.5+ years progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design.Project management - must have the ability to manage projects and technology initiatives.Prior experience proactively communicating with and managing stakeholders.Key Behaviors of a Successful Candidate

In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year.
