Let's work together.Job SummaryResponsible for analyzing and managing data critical to the strategic goals of GSI Operations, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining relationships with distribution partners, overseeing plan design updates, and handling administrative tasks for a significant business portfolio. Communication skills are key, as this position requires conveying complex decisions effectively and escalating issues as necessary to senior management.TasksInteract professionally with distribution partners and manage direct agency relationships to foster business growth and client satisfaction.Administer and oversee all aspects of inforce groups, including renewals and adjustments to plan designs.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and communications within established deadlines.SupervisionWorks closely with the GSI Operations Director to execute strategic initiatives, with minimal daily supervision but general guidance on new projects or tasks.ExperienceRequires a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of customer care experience or equivalent. Proficiency in GSI policy features, administration processes, and software tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce is essential. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year.
