will be a technical expert and partner with customers and internal teams to convert customer challenges and opportunities into integrated system solutions. This role will be critical to create and deliver the end product.Key Responsibilities:Sales support:

Adaptation of existing selection tools or development new for North AmericaRepresentation in trade organizationsPresenting at trade meetingsSupport to “sales engineers”Develop and sustain IOM’s and necessary instructionsBSG, Advantec, Carrier in general, necessary communication and interaction.

Technical:

Linking sales expectation to manufacturing, identifying NA specific needs and develop/adapt products to matchControls integration (BacNet)Manage US component suppliers technically, support procurement.Support after sales

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering10+ years of experience in mechanical, thermodynamic or controls engineeringAbility to travel 30%Preferred Qualifications:Solution orientedExperience in field of application of refrigeration systems Design and InstallationExperience in UL standards and certifications for refrigeration equipmentAbility to communicate at all levelsStrong project management capabilitiesCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
