This is a hybrid role (after 30 days).We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Kubota Engine Team as a Dealer Development Project Coordinator (DDPC). This role presents an exciting opportunity to assist the Dealer Development Manager (DDM) in building a brand new Dealer Development Department from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple changing projects and weekly administrative functions as the Dealer Development Department takes shape. Possessing the skills to be focused on long-term initiatives through multiple projects to foster future development is critical. The DDPC will assist the DDM in developing, documenting, presenting, and executing multiple projects that require coordination from start to finish. The ability to multitask and think logically will be required as multiple special projects will be occurring at once in various different stages of creation and execution.The DDPC will work collaboratively with the Kubota Engine Service Network (KESN) and the Kubota Distributor Network to assist in implementing a long-term Dealer Development Strategy. The ability to build relationships over time with dealers and distributors will be crucial. There will be daily dealer contract administrative functions that require working with the Kubota Distributor Network. The DDPC will be a change agent that is constantly challenging the status quo. They will assist the DDM with new initiatives to build the Dealer Development Department and achieve planned objectives. In assisting to build a new department, the focus will be on developing a comprehensive blueprint for Distributors and Dealers to improve overall end-user customer satisfaction. This will be achieved by influencing all Kubota Engine America Departments through the work conducted by or in conjunction with Dealer Development. The concluding results for Dealer Development are to improve the overall customer experience to increase market share penetration through customer retention.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in establishing and developing the Dealer Development Department, including creating processes, procedures, and best practices.Coordinate and manage various projects related to dealer development, including market research, surveys, evaluations, dealer/distributor manuals and expansion initiatives.Aid in improving the Kubota Dealer Network by working through and with the Distributor Network.Collaborate with cross-functional Kubota departments to ensure alignment and support for Dealer Development initiatives.Provide administrative support including presentation material preparation, maintaining records, creating documents, preparing reports, and project follow-through.Consult and interview Distributors, Dealers, OEMs, and Management on network issues. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement back to Kubota.Responsible for dealer onboarding process and ongoing account maintenance for assigned dealers and distributors.Collaboratively assist in training and influencing the Distributor Network on the Kubota Corporate and Dealer Development Strategy.Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track distributor performance.Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the success of Dealer Development efforts.Identify new partner opportunities and rewards for current partners.Ensure all documentation and processes follow ISO-9001 standards for Kubota and the Dealer Development Department.Communicate, organize, and maintain confidential information and material.Follow safety guidelines and department and corporate policies and procedures.Maintain an organized and secure work environment.Other job tasks as required.Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Effective people and communication skills to interact across all levels of an organization.Ability to be flexible and balance various projects with effective time management skills.Proven experience in project coordination, dealer development, sales analysis, business analytics, territory management or related field.Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a network of distributors, dealers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers and attend industry events.Intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.Education and Training:Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred.2+ years experience in an independent dealer environment.2+ years previous experience in travel, visiting, and calling on Dealers, Distributors, OEMs, or National/Direct Accounts.Physical Demands:Sitting for long periods of time.Ability to hear and carry normal conversations on phone or in person.Regular lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.Exposure to engine testing labs, noise level ranges from moderate to very loud.Work Environment:Work is commonly performed in an office environment.Visits to dealers, Distributors, OEMs in front of shop, back and outside.If you are a result-driven individual with a passion for dealer development and a strong analytical mindset, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
