Learn more about us .Role Purpose:

Under general supervision, the Senior Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-managed office environment, ensuring that all facilities and related services effectively meet the needs of both employees and visitors. This role also involves the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring they are kept in optimal working condition.Hourly Range:

$27-$32/hr and hours vary from 20-40 hrs per week.This is an office-based position located at Blanchard headquarters in Escondido, CA.Duties include:Coordinates various repairs and maintenance services with vendors.Performs emergency tasks and repairs to keep the facility in operation and working order.Inspects a variety of appliances and building equipment, such as fire extinguishers, for defects in operation, making repairs and adjustments and replacing defective parts to ensure efficient operation.Conducts minor air conditioning duct work, plumbing, and/or electrical adjustments if required before contacting vendors.Works on various projects to include refinishing company furniture if still usable.Monitors facility and outside surrounding areas for condition updates responding to needs as they arise.Communicates and reports major or potential problems or repair needs to manager as they happen.Responds promptly to daily requests from employees regarding various facility and office-related needs, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of service and support.Provides coverage for Facilities Manager or other Facilities Staff as needed.Performs a range of construction and demolition tasks, including but not limited to painting, carpentry, repairs, and drywall installation or removal.Installs equipment and machinery and assembles furniture and equipment as required.Participates in major office moves and delivery of materials or boxes to employees as required.Conducts basic building opening and/or closing duties daily.Operates mechanical cleaning equipment for floors, rugs and landscaping.Performs routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.Performs complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on advanced systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.Inspects and troubleshoots equipment and systems to diagnose issues.Performs carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.Coordinates routine and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure facilities and equipment are functioning optimally.Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.Safely operates a variety of hand tools and equipment.Coordinates with external contractors for complex repairs and installations as needed.Maintains accurate records of work performed, including service logs and maintenance reports.Ensures compliance with safety regulations and building code during all repair work.Assists with other facility maintenance tasks, such as landscaping, groundskeeping and general cleaning as required.Follows safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and building code.Responds to and prioritizes work orders, completing routine tasks efficiently and within established timelines.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Who You Are:Ability to effectively prioritize tasksSufficient knowledge of installing, repairing or replacing ordinary equipment or parts.Knowledge of power tools and their safety.Basic knowledge of and ability to use computer equipment and softwareKnowledge of basic construction principles maintaining buildings and environmentSkills in building construction and demolitionAbility to use tools and basic machineryAbility to operate a golf cartMechanical AptitudeManual dexterity with strong hand/eye coordination.Customer Service focusedDetail-oriented and organizedTeam playerEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GED and/or six to ten years related experience preferably in the construction or maintenance field or equivalent combination.Experience supporting multiple building facilities a plus.Willing to perform necessary repairs or projects after hours or on weekends if required.Valid California Driver's LicenseWork Environment:

Normal office environment to include walking between buildings, lifting, carrying resource materials in excess of 50lbs and occasionally moving furniture and climbing ladder. Sitting for extended period of time to read, write and operate computer at desk.
