This Front-End Project Manager will join the Operating Expenses organization, overseeing, managing, tracking, and reporting on all front desk operations. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of desk operations, all while upholding the highest standards of client satisfaction.
In this role you will:Lead and motivate a team of operations desk employees to deliver top-notch service and support to the program owner.Oversee and coordinate all activities related to the operations desk, including incident management, request fulfillment, and routine maintenance tasks.Allocate resources and manpower effectively to meet front desk demands and client expectations.Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve operational issues, addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.Benefits and Perks
