Peraton is seeking a
End User Services Manager
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be worked remotely. This qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's United States Coast Guard (USCG) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program. This program is an enterprise delivery service consisting of several consolidated task orders and is executed to bring innovation and modernization to the USCG enterprise IT environment, within a managed service business model. The USCG enterprise encompasses an extensive range of IT services and has unique solution challenges to meet their mission needs.Day to Day Work Responsibilities:Leads the design, development, testing, and certification of capabilities and solutions for end user services such as computer devices, mobile devices, communication, collaboration and productivity tools, and network connectivity (remote and network access).Responsible for the design, development, testing, and certification of capabilities and solutions for the end user services portfolio.Provides the product management, engineering, technical knowledge, and support services required to plan, design, secure, test, and deploy systems and tooling.Develops and maintains roadmaps for each end user service.Provides EOL / EOS technology refresh evaluation and support for end user services.Monitors demand, availability, and capacity for end user services, systems, subsystems, and components. Develops and executes plans to maintain end user services performance within acceptable thresholds.Leads a team of more than 15 technical resources in the delivery of all facets of contractual requirements in the area of End User Services.#USCGIMSQualifications
Basic Qualifications:10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.U.S. Citizenship required; Must have an active Secret clearance (or higher).Experience managing end user services for IT programs of similar scope and complexity.Demonstrated experience managing an enterprise level mobility organization with an emphasis on Intune as the MDM platform.Knowledge of DISA STIG(s) as it pertains to End User Devices.Must have demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large enterprise environment.Comfortable being an agent of change.Must have demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership.Recommended to have and or commitment to obtain the ITIL 4 Foundation certification.Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Security+ certification preferred.Peraton Overview

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
