Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Analyst Job Locations US Requisition ID 2024-150546 Position Category Consulting Clearance Secret Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Service Integration & Management (SIAM) Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is fully remote. The ideal candidate will works closely with cross-functional teams to establish a streamlined, integrated, and seamless service delivery process where all service providers contribute to the end-to-end service delivery. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) Program, for the US Coast Guard (CG). This initiative is modernizing and consolidating the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CGs customers. Day to Day Work Responsibilities: Working with team to establish, maintain, and oversee SIAM activities across multiple suppliers and with the customer (e.g., governance, management, integration, assurance and coordination). Facilitating working sessions to establish streamlined, integrated and seamless service delivery across multiple service providers. Defining, collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting end-to-end service delivery key performance indicators (KPIs). Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, integration, and usability of services and end-to-end service delivery processes across the organization. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., clients, suppliers, partners, service owners, and ITSM practice owners) to identify and drive improvements to services, service delivery (i.e., efficiencies, effectiveness, and integration), and end-to-end customer experience based on quantitative and qualitative data using various techniques, methods, and standards such as Lean/Six Sigma, ISO 9004, ISO 20000-1, and Agile. Providing process engineering support to improve efficiency and effectiveness of development, operations, and maintenance activities using ITIL, DESMF, and industry best practices. Reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify and recommend improvement opportunities (e.g., lowering costs, reducing cycle time, improving customer service experience, and increase alignment with business, operational and compliance requirements, etc.). USCGIMS Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience or Master's degree and 6 years' experience or Associate's degree and 10 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years relevant experience. U.S. Citizenship required; must have a minimum of a Secret clearance (or higher). Expertise with quality, performance, and process management experience (e.g., consulting, implementation, and continuous improvement). Experience documenting and streamlining processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency, and integration. Demonstrated experience with key performance indicator (KPI) definition, collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a busy multi-tasking environment. Demonstrated experience interfacing with suppliers and customers at multiple levels (individual contributor to senior leadership). Familiarity with DOD IT security requirement. Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
